Because we do not collect any information, we do not use your information in any way. All app functionality — meal logging, progress tracking, phase management — runs locally on your device.

Real Food does not use any analytics tools, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks. We do not track how you use the app.
Real Food does not integrate with any third-party services that would collect your data. The app does not require an account or internet connection to function.
All your data is stored using your device's local storage (AsyncStorage). It is subject to your device's own security features, including your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. If you delete the app, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.
Real Food does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for all ages.
